About This Dashboard

This dashboard gives Texans a plain-language view of current ERCOT grid conditions and local delivery-utility information. It is useful for households, businesses, and anyone who wants to understand what the statewide grid is doing.

It shows ERCOT's declared condition, current grid utilization, the clean power mix from wind, solar, nuclear, and hydro, the next live forecast peak when available, and county-level outage information.

Statewide grid and generation values come from live ERCOT feeds. When available, local weather and heating-and-cooling context comes from current local observations, while county outage information comes from the latest available federal outage feed. Your delivery utility's official outage map remains the authoritative source for an address-level outage.

Values refresh as new data arrives and may be temporarily unavailable when a source has not reported recently. This page is an informational snapshot, not a guarantee about conditions at a particular address.
